New webpage for Village_OB

Our Village_OB (LinuxVillage_RC2) now has its own page on the Mother-site - VillageLinux.org.

The main site is http://linuxvillage.org/, and the Village_OB page is http://linuxvillage.org/2013/02/06/linuxvillage-distribution/.

As other home-grown spins land on the shelf they will be given their own space on the main site.  We may need to set up a specific section on this forum for Support.

We will add sections when there will be many testers and feedback, then the Village RCxy thread will start to look like a vast workshop and we will know a dedicated section is needed. In the meanwhile an intermediate step such as a dedicated thread in the "Create master" sections  can be a good idea.
