[Debian 7.0] fresh install with poor man install method

Actually there are dozens of settings that one can put in that file, saw
the full list once.     The ones there seem adequate however.   
gtk-auto-mnemonics said it keeps lines off the menu, so it's probably
one extra one, very optional, never had "lines" on the menu.
