When I type in my user name and password the forums does not accept it.  Type in my user name and password again and this time the forums accept the log in.

This has been happening fairly often.

When I type in my user name and password the forums does not accept it.  Type in my user name and password again and this time the forums accept the log in.

This has been happening fairly often.

This happens to me also.

If I try to login to
http://forum.linuxvillage.net (http://forum.linuxvillage.net) (a redirection to http://linuxvillage.net (http://linuxvillage.net)) I get an error message from the "blockbadqueries" plugin. The reason is that the forum configuration accepts only one link as main address in the configuration and it seems the plugin does not accept else than what is configured.

If I try to login from "http://linuxvillage.net" it's better, but sometimes I am also redirected to the page with the login fields in the middle and have to reconnect again and for this one I don't know why.

For the rest, we don't have spammers since keycaptcha has been setup, and since the moderators helped me create a blacklist for the server it has been smoother to load and work. At least here in France I don't find any problem on this side. Do you have any issue related to speed, be it for posting or for reading?

I should move the forum somewhere else than on my personal shared hosting but I delay because I am not available for that task right now.

For what it's worth, the bookmark I use is: http://linuxvillage.net//index.php?action=login (http://linuxvillage.net//index.php?action=login)

I have no problems logging in. I also use the top left area to login rather than the one in the center of the page. Doing so, I can walk away while logged in, come back to a post or PM I was composing, finish it, and nothing is lost and I am not disconnected.

You could also try http://linuxvillage.net (http://linuxvillage.net) : this one does not seem to bring problems for me so far.
