It has not changed, still at tuxfamily.org (the "linuxvillage.org" domain is owned by turzin). See at the top of the forum, right, the link has been here since some time.

Ideally yes, however for the time being, I don't know where the hosting will be the best, and I don't quite know how to gather them all right now. (I think o2switch might be the best choice but I would not add more on the same account in fear that all gets too slow, as said above this has to be tested).

PS: for Linuxvillage to have it's own account at o2switch.net it would cost 72 euros per year. It might not be considered as lots of money to gather, but would the members of the forum be willing to contribute with their money? Is LinuxVillage already appreciated enough?

That's about $100 U.S.

Does that include everything, bandwidth, and so forth ?

Hi Patrick,
Yes it does. bandwidth not limited, and space not limited as well.

The forum is now available with the following URLs:

 - beta.linuxvillage.net
 - www.linuxvillage.net (the www is optional)
 - forum.linuxvillage.net

It's the first step to make things clearer, even if It is not clear at first sight.

We have to manage linuxvillage.net and linuxvillage.org and to organize URLs, so the next step will be:

  www.linuxvillage.net and www.linuxvillage.org will redirect to the wordpress content.
  forum.linuxvillage.net and forum.linuxvillage.org will redirect to the forum

Guess the prefix for the wiki when it will be online. :)

beta.linuxvillage.net will be dropped when the way to the new forum is found by everybody and everybot (a couple of months or so).
