More seriously, could you please explain what you just did - I'm still coming to grips with the technology out there.

Sure, I'm trying to write out a guide of how to do this from scratch! (But I can't really find a nice place to write it out properly and easily understandable)

What I did was this:

I paired the bluetooth of the Pi to my Phone (the blue stick in the Pi is a bluetooth USB adapter)
Setup MPD to play through the analog speakers
Setup a little tool called "Remuco" which enables remote bluetooth and wifi controlling of many media players.

That's all really! The tricky part is managing to get sound and autostarts working, but once you get it right, it works perfectly :)
